Mtp to 4x lc breakout cable is composed of an 8 fiber mtp connector for 40g qsfp at one end and 4 duplex lc connectors for 10g sfp at the other end.

But unforturnately we couldn t find breakout command on crs.

The cisco nexus 3232c switch supports breakout interfaces.
You can break out the single 40g port into 4 separate 10g ports and use a qsfp to 4 lc breakout cable to connect one or more of the 10g ports to the 7706.
This type of cable is suitable for high density network and can reach a much longer distance than dac and aoc.
They would then have to buy a mpo breakout cable like mpo to 4 x sfp lc for a third party vendor.
